Confusion
•You cant stand him, you hate him,
you push him away.
You love him, you want him,
you pray he will forever stay.
He's everything you want,
you're everything he needs,
you're perfect together
but all you wish is to be freed.
You hold him close and whisper
intimate words for only him to know,
its a perfect moment in time
if only you didn't have the desire to go.
Your feelings are hurt, your mind abused,
your heart is tortured
and you're left dazed and confused.
You love him, you know it
but its only a simple illusion
that leaves you lost, bruised,
and drowned in confusion.
